2. Examination Cancellation

In exceptional circumstances, if the examination is cancelled by the organizing authority and is not rescheduled, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the organization.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a candidate is charged more than once for the same application due to a technical error, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

The candidate must contact the support team with proof of payment.

4. Scholarship Selection

Scholarship selection is purely merit-based.

Application fees or registration fees do not guarantee:

  • Admission
  • Rank Position
  • Course Benefits

Therefore, no refund shall be provided based on examination performance or scholarship outcome.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 7–15 working days to be processed.

The refund will be credited through the original payment method wherever possible.

6. Payment Disputes

Any payment-related issue must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.

Requests received after this period may not be considered.

7. Modification of Policy

The organizing authority reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
